Organic Whole Chicken, With Giblets

All our organic whole chickens come from Ross Gardner at Otter Valley who provides the finest organic chicken that is fully certified as organic by the Soil Association. For almost 50 years, Ross’s family has reared and produced poultry on the banks of the River Otter in the Blackdown Hills, East Devon, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Animal welfare is Ross’s number one priority and the organic birds can forage naturally, roam around and eat as much as they like. The pastures are rich in clover, bugs and insects in a wonderful bio-diverse growing environment.

Handmade Chicken Curry Pie (270g)

Free range British chicken in a sweet and mild curry sauce, and encased in buttery pastry, our pies have a real depth of flavour and are ideal for an easy kitchen supper or picnic. Our handmade Chicken Curry Pie is made by hand in West Sussex in the traditional way using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.

This product will previously have been frozen and requires cooking prior to consumption.

Cook and consume within 3 days of delivery.

Cooking Instructions:

Remove the outer packaging and place the pie on a baking tray.

Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees centigrade (fan assisted) for 20 minutes until piping hot throughout and fully cooked. Do not reheat.

From the renowned and highly acclaimed Kelly Turkeys who produce their amazing KellyBronze range of award-winning Christmas turkeys each year, this special Krafted By Kelly Turkey Ham has already been slow-cooked and is ready to heat and serve as a low calorie turkey base in a casserole, curry, or simply on its own.

The Turkey Ham has already been cooked in its own juices and is ready for you to heat and enjoy.

Cook from chilled. Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees centigrade (fan oven) and roast for 35-40 minutes on the top shelf.

Remove from the oven when hot.

We like to add a garlic butter sauce with a twist of fresh orange slice.

Will feed 2 to 4.

This product will previously have been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state. Do not refreeze. Use within 3 days of delivery.

Ideal for busy households, these pre-cooked, Krafted By Kelly Confit Turkey thighs are great shredded in rice or pasta with a mild tahini dressing, in a curry, or in a wrap with hoisin sauce and spring onions.

Cook from chilled. Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees centigrade (fan oven) and roast for 30 minutes skin side up on the top shelf until the skin is golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven.

Poussin are young chickens with a light and delicate flavour and are a quick alternative to roasting a whole chicken. As well as being an ideal main course if you are entertaining, they can be spatchcocked and roasted or grilled, or simply barbecued. Prepare them as you would a whole chicken and remember to baste regularly.

Allow one whole poussin per person.

All our free-range duck livers are from Beech Ridge Farm in Hockworthy, Somerset, owned by Chris and Holly Dibble. Beech Ridge is committed to rearing all its poultry in a totally free-range environment where the birds have free run of the farm during the day. Just as nature intended.

This product will have previously been frozen and will arrive in a thawed or partially thawed state. Not suitable for refreezing.

We like to fry ours in garlic, cream and shallots and then served on toast or with warm sourdough. Or, you can make a rich duck pate.

All of our free range chicken breast strips come from Beech Ridge Farm in Somerset and are raised by Chris and Hollie Dibble.

The chickens are never given antibiotics and are slow grown, living twice the length of a supermarket bird. From early morning till nightfall, they are free to explore the fields surrounding their houses, incorporating natural goodness into their diets to complement the locally grown and milled cereals they are fed.

Extremely versatile, chicken strips are ideal for quick meals, stir fries and curries.
