Venison Burgers

Our nutritious wild venison burgers are hand-made in the traditional way from wild, naturally reared lowland Dorset venison strictly sourced from professional stalkers who manage a combined area of 14,000 acres of rolling Dorset arable farmland, pasture and woodland.

Wild deer eat a natural diet of grass, fruits and berries, acorns, apples and chestnuts which produces venison meat that is very lean and low in saturated fat.

Shawarma is a mix of ginger, tomato paste, garlic, onions, turmeric and spices that provides a classic middle eastern flavour that is quite delicious.

Our high welfare goat burgers are from goat reared by Richard Haskett who farms near Cheselbourne on the Dorset Downs.

Each pack contains 4 burgers.
