This dhaba (means a road side restaurant or truck stop) diced goat meat curry is cooked in a rich caramelised onion and tomato spiced sauce, with double cream, pomegranate molasses and kasuri methi. A truck stop favourite from the Northern Himalayan region.

All Bini's ready meals are inspired by traditional family home cooked Indian recipes, only using quality ingredients and hand made in small batches to ensure the flavours and textures are true to the authentic Indian home cooked experience.

Bini's curries are made using locally sourced, high welfare, free-range meat and are all lovingly created by Bini herself.
