All of our curries are made by our friend Bini Ludlow who learnt the art of traditional Gujarati cooking from the tender age of eight whilst growing up Yorkshire.

This dhaba (means a road side restaurant or truck stop) diced goat meat curry is cooked in a rich caramelised onion and tomato spiced sauce, with double cream, pomegranate molasses and kasuri methi. A truck stop favourite from the Northern Himalayan region.

All Bini's ready meals are inspired by traditional family home cooked Indian recipes, only using quality ingredients and hand made in small batches to ensure the flavours and textures are true to the authentic Indian home cooked experience.

Bini's curries are made using locally sourced, high welfare, free-range meat and are all lovingly created by Bini herself.

Will previously have been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state.

Bini’s Delhi Matar Paneer (375g)

All of our curries are made by our friend Bini Ludlow who learnt the art of traditional Gujarati cooking from the tender age of eight whilst growing up Yorkshire. This North Indian inspired curry is made using cubes of paneer cheese and sweet garden peas cooked in a spiced tomato, yoghurt, lemon and fresh coriander based sauce. A family favourite from the capital city of India.

Bini's chicken curries are made using high welfare, free-range chicken from Stuart Perkins at Castlemead Poultry and are all lovingly created with a unique combination of spices to give an authentic Indian dish to enjoy at home.

Will previously have been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state.

Must be consumed within 7 days of delivery.

Serves 1 to 2.

Suitable for vegetarians and gluten free. Contains milk.

Cooking Instructions:

On the hob: allow to defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a casserole dish, saucepan or tray and heat gently stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot.
Microwave: remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. Heat for 2 min 30 seconds then stir. Heat for a further 2 min and stir. Stand for 1 min.
Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
Every care has been taken to remove whole spices but some may remain.
Will previously have been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state.

This rich, intense spiced curry from the Gujarat region of India is made with locally sourced British shoulder of lamb, thinly cut strips of spinach and chopped fenugreek leaves.

Bini's chicken curries are made using high welfare, grass-fed lamb, locally sourced lamb and are all lovingly created with a unique combination of spices to give an authentic Indian dish to enjoy at home.

This product will have previously been frozen and is not suitable for refreezing.

Use within 6 days of delivery.
